Terms of monitor participation

●Foreigners staying in Japan who are over the age of 20

●Agreement to answer simple questionnaires

●Agreement to be featured in photographs, video images, print materials, and on the Nohi Bus website taken during participation in the tour

●Agreement to share the tour experience on social media in their native language

●Ability to participate during the entire tour schedule from the Takayama Nohi Bus Center

*Joining in the middle of the tour and leaving the tour on their own are not allowed. All travel costs to the meeting place will be at the participant’s expense.

●If the number of applicants exceeds the limit of participants , the participants will be determined by a drawing.

Tour Fee

500 yen per person (Normally 5500 yen)
*This reduced fare will be in exchange for cooperation in simple questionnaires and sharing of experiences on social media.
*This fare includes bus fare from Takayama to Magome/Tsumago. Does not include lunch.

【Dress code】
Please wear comfortable attire that is easy to walk in.
For those planning to hike the Nakasendo (8.5 kms), please wear sneakers or trekking shoes.
It is recommended that hiking participants bring their own lunch.
