About Hida-Furukawa

Hida-Furukawa is a charming riverside town filled with historic wooden buildings and traditional culture. The town, located just 30 minutes north of Takayama by bus, has a slower atmosphere and is less crowded than Takayama. Hida Furukawa is a great place to escape the crowds and enjoy local foods and culture.
