Child: Elementary school student and under
・Children aged 12 who are still in elementary school are eligible for child fares.
・ (Kamikochi, Norikura, and Matsumoto Lines): For safety reasons, infants are not permitted to ride on laps.
Please purchase a child ticket for infants and ensure they are seated during the ride.
・Infants under 1 year of age ride free.
Remarks
- Round-trip tickets are not available for sale at buses.
- All buses are non-smoking.
- Please fasten seatbelts while riding buses.
- Please note that you might miss connections with other transportation due to traffic delay.
- The luggage may be piled up next to your luggage or change the location or angle. At that time, we can not guarantee in any case for damage, contamination, loss etc.

●For safety reasons, please refrain from placing heavy or unstable items on the overhead luggage racks.
Bus Trunk Usage
●When using the trunk, please be careful of the trunk door and handle your luggage yourself. Please double-check your luggage to avoid taking the wrong bag. If you have a disability or require assistance with your luggage, please do not hesitate to ask a member of our staff.
The trunk is shared by many passengers. Due to limited space, we may be unable to accommodate large items. We are not liable for any damage, loss, or theft of your luggage.
When Bringing a Mobile Battery
●Please bring your mobile battery with you into the bus cabin and manage it within your line of sight.
●Do not store mobile batteries in the trunk compartment (luggage bay).
