Please pick up your ticket at Takayama Bus Terminal with the reference number.
The bus departing for Gero Onsen will depart from bus stop #1.
Please board at whatever time you choose.
The bus ticket is valid for two days between Takayama and Gero Bus Center, so you may ride the bus for any areas in between.
*The operation hours for the tour desk where ticket exchanges are conducted are from 9 am – 6 pm.
Please contact us if you wish to exchange your tickets outside of this time frame.
It takes about 90 minutes bus trip! Please enjoy the scenery from the bus.

Please get off at Gero-ekimae Bus stop.
Please submit your “Yumeguri Tegata Hikikaeken”exchange ticket at the Gero shi Information Desk located next to the Gero Station bus stop to redeem your “Yumeguri Tegata” (wooden pass) and “Kamei Setsubi Map”(map detailing locations where you can use your pass).
Your “Yumeguri Tegata” wooden pass can be used at three locations within the Gero Onsen area. Indulge in the top-rated luxurious hot springs!
*Please be advised that due to facility maintenance and/or other reasons, you may not be able to bathe at all locations. Please confirm with the staff at the Gero shi Information Desk when redeeming your wooden pass.
*Towels are available at an additional fee.
Please redeem your “Onsen sweets exchange ticket”at the “Yuami-ya”shop next to the Charlie Chaplin statue near the Onsen Shrine to redeem your “Honwaka Pudding”.
Delight in the rich flavor and delicate, melt-in-your mouth texture of this exquisite dessert, made from carefully selected ingredients including 100% Gero Milk, and Sakura Tamago eggs from Ohmae Farm.
The Honwaka Pudding can also be served heated inside of onsen water (similar to the concept of the Onsen Tamago- eggs boiled in onsen water).
Heat up your body and your soul with this warm pudding while soaking your feet in the cozy foot bath (free of charge).
